Permaculture – A system of analysis which allows us to understand the natural flows of energy resources which dictate all ecological systems and agricultural systems in particular, permaculture is a way of designing gardens that work with nature to increase efficiency, productivity and soil fertility over time, all while minimizing inputs and human effort.
